Our Avalon project was a home that was originally built in the 90’s and as a structure held innovative design features. Though the interior was in well need of the clients unique touch. The project consisted of a multi story renovation and came together as a layered and open series of spaces. Through the clients quest to gain a monochromatic pallette, this was achieved through and abundance of stone and high quality finishes. An openness defines the home with a large and sculpted stone island bench in the kitchen as a central element of family life. Serving as a key aspect the island works to create a connection to surrounding living zones and outdoor entertaining areas.
