Ben Carty - Director
Having been in and around building sites his entire life, Ben holds qualifications in both Certificate III Carpentry and Joinery, and Certificate IV in Residential Building Studies.
His knowledge and experience allows him to deliver the highest attention to detail of which clients can expect time and time again.
He is extremely proud of the business that has been built over the years and looks forward to Boom Build remaining to be a leading home builder across Sydney for many years to come.
When he’s taking a break, Ben enjoys spending time with his young family, surfing and having a laugh amongst friends over a BBQ. His desire to help others has led him to work alongside a team of other like minded volunteers in several organised charity renovations for Channel 9’s television program “A Current Affair”.
Will Bradley - Construction Manager
Will is a qualified carpenter and has been working on high end architecturally designed homes for the past 15 years. He is meticulous when it comes to planning and ensures all construction sites are running smoothly and ensures we are delivering beautiful homes with extra care taken to make sure every detail is well thought out and perfectly executed.
Will is a high level Aussie rules football player and also enjoys cricket, camping and enjoying a glass of South Australian Shiraz around an open fire.
Annabel Bengtson - Operations Manager
Annabel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, and prior to joining Boom Build, enjoyed a lengthy career in the Super Yacht industry traveling the world.
Here her interest in building and design was solidified, in her most recent role as Chief Stewardess of Interiors. When Annabel isn’t working or chasing her busy toddler Zuri around, you’ll find her spending time with her brother and sisters, or at the beach!
Emma Oakley - Projects Administrator
Emma has a background in marketing and project management, and a love of all things building and renovating.
Emma is a key player in the running of all the behind the scenes tasks that are required to assist
each job run on time and to budget.
Emma enjoys spending time with her family, walking their puppy, catching up with friends for coffee, and pilates.
Clare Wood - Accounts Administrator
Clare has a BA (Hons) in geography and environment studies but is better known for her attention to detail in ensuring the business administration is kept in tip top shape. Clare works tirelessly to ensure all employees are well looked after and the business goals are reached every month.
Clare’s interests are spending time with her family, usually at the beach or on their boat and travelling abroad.
Oliver Gardiner - Site Foreman
Oliver has been in the building industry for over 13 years, having worked on high end builds across Sydney from Palm Beach to Vaucluse. He prides himself on nurturing client relationships, ensuring a safe work site and leaving no stone unturned on his projects. You’ll find him surfing, golfing or spending time with his young family when the work boots are off!
Jacob Eussen - Site Foreman
Jacob is a qualified carpenter with extensive experience in building high end homes. He understands that it's the preparation and planning that go into every task that results in a great outcome.
When Jacob isn't working you can usually find him planning his next travel destination or planning to build his dream home.
Adam Vasey - Carpenter
Adam is a Qualified carpenter who has recently returned from Finland where he ran his own construction business for 8 years.
He thoroughly enjoys everything about building and takes pride & joy in ensuring that each project exceeds the clients’ expectations.
Adam spends his spare time down the beach, watching AFL and enjoying everything Sydney has to offer.
Matt Go - Carpenter
Matt is a qualified carpenter and is strongly passionate about the building trade.
He loves seeing our clients' dream homes and renovations come to life.
Matt’s aim is to always bring the highest quality craftsmanship in every aspect of building and working towards always meeting both our team, and the clients, expectations.
Matt love’s surfing, fishing, and having a good time with friends and family.
Eamon White - Apprentice
Eamon is a 3rd year apprentice at Hornsby TAFE and has a passion for building inspiring, organic homes. He loves to see the design come to life and for fulfilling client’s dreams. He enjoys training both MMA and Karate and loves to get away to go camping or on hikes once the tools are down.
Baxter Bult - Apprentice
Baxter is fulfilling his lifelong dream of being a carpenter, as Boom Build’s newest apprentice.
Baxter completed his studies, including his Higher School Certificate at St Augustine’s College and now studies the carpentry trade at Hornsby TAFE.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing Basketball and Oz Tag.
Baxter is a hard worker, forward thinker and is loving his time with the Boom Build team & is excited for the what’s to come.
