Nick and Lisa first approached us two years prior to us actually commencing construction.  They knew they needed a bigger home for two growing young boys but were unsure of how to build upon their current single storey home and make best use of their land.  They also had another big request…… a dream kitchen!

 

We guided them through the design process by pairing them with a designer that we knew would execute all their needs perfectly and then continued to work with them ensuring the design was keeping within their budget.

 

The end result is a stunning two-storey home that has moved all main bedrooms upstairs, with a walk in robe and ensuite off the main bedroom with expansive views across to Manly beach, and a sun-filled study plus a family bathroom.  

 

This allowed downstairs to be completely opened up into a large kitchen dining area, and retained their existing lounge room and bedroom for guests or the boys to play in.

 

The dream kitchen was built ticking all of the boxes with a classic design, a splash of colour, multi-use appliances and ample storage.  This led out onto a beautiful new timber deck overlooking their generous backyard.  A perfect home for enjoying family time and entertaining.
