ben carty - director
Having been in and around building sites his entire life, Ben holds qualifications in both Certificate III Carpentry and Joinery, and Certificate IV in Residential Building Studies.
His knowledge and experience allows him to deliver the highest attention to detail of which clients can expect time and time again.
He is extremely proud of the business that has been built over the years and looks forward to Boom Build remaining to be a leading home builder across Sydney for many years to come.
When he’s taking a break, Ben enjoys spending time with his young family, surfing and having a laugh amongst friends over a BBQ. His desire to help others has led him to work alongside a team of other like minded volunteers in several organised charity renovations for Channel 9’s television program “A Current Affair”.

will bradley - construction manager
Will is a qualified carpenter and has been working on high end architecturally designed homes for the past 15 years. He is meticulous when it comes to planning and ensures all construction sites are running smoothly and ensures we are delivering beautiful homes with extra care taken to make sure every detail is well thought out and perfectly executed.

Will is a high level Aussie rules football player and also enjoys cricket, camping and enjoying a glass of South Australian Shiraz around an open fire.

clare wood - accounts administrator
Clare has a BA (Hons) in geography and environment studies but is better known for her attention to detail in ensuring the business administration is kept in tip top shape. Clare works tirelessly to ensure all employees are well looked after and the business goals are reached every month.
Clare’s interests are spending time with her family, usually at the beach or on their boat and travelling abroad.

Emma has a background in marketing and project management, and a love of all things building and renovating.
Emma is a key player in the running of all the behind the scenes tasks that are required to assist
each job run on time and to budget.
Emma enjoys spending time with her family, walking their puppy, catching up with friends for coffee, and pilates.

jacob eussen - foreman / carpenter
Jacob is a qualified carpenter with extensive experience in building high end homes. He understands that it's the preparation and planning that go into every task that results in a great outcome.
When Jacob isn't working you can usually find him planning his next travel destination or planning to build his dream home.

tye clare - apprentice carpenter
Tye is an apprentice carpenter currently studying at Hornsby TAFE. Tye is completely dedicated to not only learning the trade but learning how the business operates and how best to provide customer satisfaction. Tye’s interest mainly revolve around sport but he spends most of his spare time playing professional ice hockey for the Sydney Bears and is also part of the Australian ice hockey team.
